Best Practices for Asking COUNTai Questions
Keep it Clear and Direct:
- Example: "Summarize key points from my S'wipe test, explain my short-chain fatty acid levels, and tell me why these levels are important."
Be Specific, but Not Overloaded:
- Example: "Analyze my workout data from Apple Health over the last month and identify patterns in my exercise consistency."
Refine as You Go:
- Example: "Rephrase my request to focus on changes in my energy levels during the workouts instead of consistency."
Use Timeframes for Context:
- Example: "Compare my sleep quality from last month to this month using data from Apple Health."
Ask for Recommendations:
- Example: "Review my supplement intake from last week and suggest adjustments to improve my energy levels."
