Do you care for someone with autism?

Join us to beta test the pilot of COUNTai, a revolutionary, agentic AI platform that captures daily health and behavioral data for people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

COUNTai was developed to help you better understand your child's autism by supporting an ongoing conversation with their data — through voice, text and pictures — that helps you manage the life-limiting symptoms that often accompany a diagnosis of ASD.

Autism rarely comes alone.

COUNTai was developed by parents of people with autism, clinicians, and data scientists to empower families to own their child's health data. Designed to help manage ASD and its common co-occurring chronic conditions like seizures and GI disease, COUNTai collects your child's health metrics, generates personalized insights, measures the effectiveness of interventions and provides continuous support for people with autism and their care teams.

COUNTai puts autism health—and privacy—first.

COUNTai combines decades of collective knowledge, cutting-edge AI technology, computational biology and open-source data to offer the ASD community something dramatically different—and easy to use—that will capture the attention and devotion of tech-weary care teams. The app was designed to protect the privacy of families and patient ownership of their health data.

By becoming a beta tester, you will help us build COUNTai into the kind of software that can help you better understand and manage your child's autism.

Your AI Agent

Every time you engage with COUNTai, it gives you something back through a personalized, voice-controlled AI agent that helps you better understand, manage and reduce the symptoms that limit your child's life experience. The agent answers your questions by analyzing all the personal health data you have captured and the documents you've uploaded, in real time.

Free Lab Test

Free lab tests for the microbiome/metabolome from AROME, delivered to your home, all made possible through the COUNTai app. You'll have access to the test results via the app, plus the support of COUNTai to explain the results and suggest interventions you may want to try based on the outcome.

My Gut Health

Your child's important health-related documents are stored and tagged, and supplements and medications your child is taking are tracked by simply taking photos of each with your phone. Environmental data—particulates, CO2, NOx, barometric pressure and weather—is collected automatically and continuously in real time. COUNTai connects with Apple Health to capture relevant data about your child's movement, exercise and heart rate.

Personalized Insights

What works best is what works for you.

All the data collected in COUNTai generates personalized insights related to your child's health. It constantly works to connect the dots, compare test results, add documents you upload, and even generate graphs of your child's progress over time.

CO2 concentration and seizures
COUNTai found that CO2 levels influenced seizure incidence in one user. An intervention aimed at reducing these levels by opening a window in the classroom was shown to reduce seizure incidence by 42 %.
Seizures, dysregulation and fitness score chart
The COUNTFitness protocol virtually eliminated dysregulations in one young woman with ASD and motor issues.

We invite you to join us on this journey.

COUNTai was developed by a passionate group of parents to be people-first: bringing immediate, measurable benefits to families who have been waiting, some for decades, to better understand and improve their child's condition. Now we need the community to contribute to this effort by testing the COUNTai proof of concept and giving us your feedback.

YOU COUNT.

One tool for better autism health management.
